Shipping and Delivery Policy

Retention Engine is a digital software and implementation service. No physical goods are shipped.

No physical shipping

We do not ship physical products. All services are delivered digitally through email, phone, video calls, dashboards, integrations, and related online tools.

Delivery after payment

After successful payment confirmation, we contact the customer using the email address and phone number provided during checkout.

Initial contact is typically attempted within 1 to 2 business days. Full implementation timelines depend on the selected plan, customer readiness, required access, and integration complexity.

Customer access requirements

Delivery may require access to Shopify, WhatsApp or BSP accounts, analytics, brand assets, product data, messaging approvals, and other systems relevant to the customer setup.

If required access or information is delayed, implementation and service activation may also be delayed.

Support delivery

Support is provided digitally through email, phone, or other agreed support channels. Support availability may vary by plan or written agreement.
