Service scope
Retention Engine provides WhatsApp retention automation, customer lifecycle logic, AI-assisted messaging workflows, dashboard access, onboarding, and related implementation support.
The exact scope, plan limits, monthly pricing, included converted orders, and implementation timelines are shown on the website, checkout page, proposal, invoice, or written agreement shared with the customer.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate business, billing, store, email, and phone details during checkout and onboarding.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have lawful rights and customer consent to use their Shopify, customer, WhatsApp, marketing, and order data with the service.
Customers must not use the service to send unlawful, misleading, abusive, spam, or non-compliant communications.
Payments
Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees unless another currency or arrangement is agreed in writing.
Payment must be completed through the available payment gateway or any other payment method confirmed by us. Service access and implementation may begin only after successful payment confirmation.
Implementation and access
After successful payment, we contact the customer through the email address and phone number provided during checkout to complete onboarding.
Implementation depends on timely access to required store, WhatsApp, API, brand, and business information. Delays in providing access may delay delivery timelines.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every third-party platform configuration.
We may update features, pricing, workflows, and supported integrations over time. Material commercial changes for existing paid customers will be communicated where practical.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided for business use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data.
Our total liability for any claim related to a paid service is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service period giving rise to the claim.
